Thank you for shopping with Prof's Collectibles. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 48 business hours of receiving your order and payment confirmation.

Processing times do not include:

Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
Public or company-observed holidays
Pre-order or backordered items

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Pre-Order Items

Products marked as Pre-Order are not available for immediate shipment. Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items will be listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your confirmation.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
